Inspired by Renee’s travels to Italy and her love for cozy, Italian bars and neighborhood ristoranti, Lioness opened in late December 2023 in Seattle’s Phinney Ridge neighborhood with dreams of becoming a beloved neighborhood hangout. Lioness is designed to be a place where guests can either drop by for a drink at its standing bar or have a seat at a table for a leisurely dinner with friends – and everything in between.
